Thank you for supporting locally grown flowers! Your bouquet was grown and arranged with care.
Follow these simple tips to keep your blooms fresh and beautiful for as long as possible.
• Start with a clean vase. Bacteria shortens vase life—wash your vase with warm, soapy water before use.
• Trim the stems. Cut ½–1 inch off each stem at an angle before placing in water. Re-trim every 2–3 days for best results.
• Remove lower leaves. Any leaves below the water line can cause bacteria growth—remove them before arranging.
• Fresh water is key. Change the water every 2–3 days and top off daily as needed.
• Keep them cool. Place your bouquet in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat vents, and ripening fruit.
• Use flower food. Add the packet to your water to nourish blooms and extend their life.
A Few Notes About Your Flowers
• Some blooms may arrive more closed—this helps them last longer. Enjoy watching them open!
• Naturally grown flowers may have slight imperfections—this is part of their charm.
• Pollinators are friends for flowers! Because of this, you may occasionally spot a tiny friend hitching a ride. Don’t worry—this is completely normal and a sign your flowers were grown organically without harsh chemicals or pesticides. A gentle shake or rinse of the stems with water is all that’s needed to help these friends move along.
• Certain varieties are more delicate and may have a shorter vase life than others.
